What does Refurbished Smartphone or Refurbished Tablet mean?

The term Reconditioned or Regenerated indicates devices that have undergone a complete regeneration process. In fact, reconditioned means "like new".

Once they arrive at the Renuovo headquarters, used smartphones and tablets are restored to the conditions of a new device. How? Once the damaged or non-functioning parts have been replaced, our certified technicians carry out a series of tests (both hardware and software) in order to guarantee perfect functioning or at least 80%. Finally, after the sanitizing and cleaning process, the regenerated smartphone or tablet is put up for sale on the site at a very competitive price and with a 12-month warranty.

What are the differences between used and refurbished?

"Used" and "Refurbished" are two terms that might seem synonymous but they are not at all. A used telephone is a device that has, in fact, been used by the person to whom it previously belonged and which has not been professionally checked before being placed on the market again.

The difference between a used iPhone and a Refurbished iPhone is precisely the guarantee of quality that the latter has and that the used cannot, by its nature, have. Furthermore, the tests carried out and the reliability of a Marketplace like Renuovo can guarantee. The competitive price, the customer care service, the 12-month warranty and the assistance service are all crucial aspects in choosing a purchase and which it is always important to pay attention to.

What are reconditioning grades?

Each Renuovo device is classified according to a different degree of reconditioning:

Premium condition means the device is like new. These devices are in perfect working order and are top of the class when it comes to looks, they are scratch free and brand new with 100% battery.

With grade A condition the device is excellent, has no signs of use and is at best quality.

Grade A/B covers all products that appear to be lightly used but function like brand new.

Low Cost ( grade B/C ) are the devices evidently used with some aesthetic dents; however, they are not faulty and work perfectly on 80% battery
